Without further ado, we a ready to fulfill your fitness needs and help you unleash some of that pent-up energy. We will start on a reduced schedule and ask that you follow the blog posts for now and not the schedule we have in the schedule section of the website. We hope to implement that schedule as soon as possible so please bare with us.
In the interim we will try to get you at least two options on most days. For Wednesday August 6th to Sunday August 10th the available classes are:
Wednesday 6th – WOD class at 5:00pm
Thursday 7th – WOD class at 6:00am and 5:00pm
Friday 8th – WOD class at 6:00am and 5:00pm
Saturday 9th – WOD class at 8:00am and 9:00am
Sunday 10th – WOD class at 8:00am and COMP class from 9:00am-11:00am
We will try to post the classes for Monday August 11th – Sunday August 17th by Thursday morning so you can start planning your week.
Words cannot express how excited we are to welcome everyone to their new home away from home. Your patience (or lack there of from some of you, hehe) has been appreciated and we will give every ounce of effort we have to provide you with a great CrossFit experience.
Please remember that August is on us for all experienced CrossFitters so feel free to come to as many classes as you wish for the remainder of the month.
