6:00pm – COMP class (this is in lieu of the Sunday 17th class as it can not be run that day)

Thursday 14th:

6:00am – WOD class

5:00pm – WOD class

6:00pm – Open Gym

Friday 15th:

6:00am – WOD class

5:00pm – WOD class

Saturday 16th:

8:00am – WOD class

9:00am – WOD class

Sunday 17th:

8:00am – WOD class
