Partner WOD…Train, Play, Thrive

TRAIN:

1st Partner has 5 minutes to build to a maximal snatch (any style). Partner can help load weight.
One minute to change and then 2nd partner has 5 minutes to build to a maximal snatch (any style).
• score is each partners best lift added together for total weight

-3 minute break to load one bar to 115/75#

-then-

PLAY:

5 minute AMRAP Of
20 Partner Wall balls (total) 20/14#
20 Partner Burpees (total) alternating and must do two consecutive each
• score is total reps

-1 minute break-

THRIVE:

3 Minute AMRAP of
Ground to over head (any style) with previously loaded bar at 115/75#
• score is total reps

Add all three scores together for final score.
