Training Camp Starts August 20th

We are very excited to offer our first Training Camp (Intro Classes) starting next week. This is a series of five classes designed to familiarize new members with the fundamental movements we use on a regular basis. Training Camp is the pathway to joining into our regular WOD (Workout of the Day) and Open Gym classes. Our program is designed to accommodate theĀ  inactive all the way to the elite athlete, so all are welcome. Dates are as follows for the upcoming Camp:

Wednesday August 20th – 6PM

Friday August 22nd – 6PM

Monday August 25th – 7PM

Wednesday August 27th – 6PM

Saturday August 30th – 9AM
