30 Wall Ball Shots 20/14#

Group decided they would like to do the ab mat sit ups with a med ball (no I didnt make them Robert:)

Good pace here by all and kudos to the deadhangers….offered up a lesser number but no sir….Dave C and HDC gutted it out. Pretty sure I would still be there….
