Forgoing Daniel’s belated birthday burpees today, he wanted to conquer the handstand push up movement. He got up and down to 3 ab mats for 3 handstand pushups!!!
Big congratulations for his PR, working the progressions and being patient. Not too friggin shabby for a fella who was very leary to kick up to handstand just a short time ago. Getting better everyday. Now onto 2 abmats…
