In teams of 4 doing the following

1.5 KM run (everyone must complete the run before next movement starts)

40 Squats as a team

30 Ring Dips

1.5 KM run

40 Pistols

20 Muscle Ups/ Pull ups/Jump Pull ups

Strength/Skill

3 sets of 5

Split Press then

Jerk Drop then

Jerk Drive

about 1-2 min rest in between the sets.

 

Another great Sunday of training. It seemed like Rob got lots of extra rest given his speed on the runs.
