Four rounds of:

Single-Leg Deadlift x 6-8 reps each leg
Rest 60 seconds
L-Sit for total of 60 seconds
(as few sets as possible, but if you need to break,
keep the rest short before resuming with L-Sit)
Rest 60 seconds;

and then,

Five rounds of:
15 Ball Slams
10 Broad Jumps
