min 1 10 Wall Balls

min 2 6-8 Box Jumps 30/24/20

Lifting ,

Barbell warm up and some doubles

then

7 min time cap, find your max weight of the following

  • 1 clean
  • 1 hang clean
  • 1 shoulder to overhead

WOD , in teams of two

10 rounds of

  • 20 DU
  • 10 KB 70/52/35

then

5 rounds of

  • 10 deadlift 255/225/145
  • 10 bar facing burpees

then

2 minute max chest to bar/pullups
