As some of our Athletes are away giving it their all at this years Fall Classic, we knew you’d want to be part of the team and give a couple of the WOD’s a try. Make sure you channel your inner Beast Mode over to Halifax.

50 Wallball 20/14# to 10 ft
40 KB Swings 1.5/1
30 Box Jumps 30/24”
20 Toes to Bar
10 Front squats 155/105#

Scaled/Masters
60 double unders or 120 single skips
50 wallballs 20/14# to 9ft target
40 KB swings 1.5/1 pood
30 box jumps 24/20” – step ups/downs are permitted
20 medball sit ups 20/14#
10 goblet squats 1.5/1 pood
