“Tabata Squats”

4 Tabata cycles of Back Squat 105/75 lbs.

4 Tabata cycles of Front Squat 85/55 lbs

4 Tabata cycles of Overhead Squat 65/35 lbs

* Work in teams of 3 (can be 2 if needed)
first person does the whole WOD (6 minutes) and
the other two change the weight during the 10 sec
rest period. Reset and switch to the next person….

Weightlifting (Olympic) WOD class:

3-Position Clean
(floor, below knee, above knee) +Jerk

3 Set @ 60%
3 Sets @ 65%
3 Sets @ 70%
3 Sets @75%

 

Clean Pulls
2 x 3 @ 95% (of cln)
2 x 3 @ 100%

 

5 x 3 Front Squat – 75%

 

5 x 3 Barbell Good Morning
