12 Synchronized Burpees
30 Cal Row while Partner holds 135/95# – each (if the athlete holding the bar lets go the rower has to stop until it is picked back up)
10 Deadlifts/each 135/95#
50 Partner Wallballs 20/14#

Lots of great energy at class today as folks ventured out from their holiday hangovers. Great to have some visitors from away join us, Nancy (Ottawa), Scott and Gina (Yellowknife) and Stan (parts unknown). Great job by everyone who stayed to join in on the post class Sam Briggs 4 on 1 challenge (Isabelle, Fran, Grace, Diane starting every 5 minutes). A few of us got the first three done in the required time and Scott was the only one brave (or foolish) enough to even start into Diane. We all used Sam’s weight and came to the realization that we are not even good enough to be elite women.
