The evening classes will be cancelled at CrossFit Charlottetown.

 

Please check the website for tomorrow mornings class, there will be a post by 5:30AM if class is cancelled.

10 x Air Squats

10 x Single Legs swings (free standing or holding something)

10 x Arm Circles Forwards/Backwards

10 X Oh Squats with broomstick

30 Sec Samson Stretch

 

WOD

4 Rounds

20 Push Ups

20 Mountain Climbers (total)

20 Sit ups

Cool Down

Squat Therapy 30 sec on, 1 minute off 4 rounds

1┬áHang Clean “Squat” + 2 Jerks, working up in weight
