April Training Camp Dates:
Training camp is our intake program, where we introduce CrossFit and the movements required to perform the daily workouts, get to know each other and have some fun! All experience levels encouraged and welcomed.
First class is on us….no committment, just c’mon out and give it a whirl!

*For the first day, please show up 10-15 minutes early to get signed in. Bring some comfy gym clothes, a water bottle and a great attitude to try something new!
