CrossFit Charlottetown offers WOD’s (workout of the day) as detailed in the schedule link. All workouts are scaled to individual fitness levels allowing any age or ability to complete the workouts. All classes are lead by Certified CrossFit trainers/coaches.
As a newcomer to CrossFit, you will be guided through safe movement patterns in a challenging and welcoming environment. You might just have a tonne of fun meeting like minded, positive people along the way as well!
